Rooms - Only one weeks rent,
Flats - One week or £150(which ever is less),
Houses- One week of the rental income.
FOR SALE:
We charge our vendors a small fee of £999 for any sale upto £149,995.
SALES above £149,995 is charged at 1.0% only.
